Hello all,

While I've been semi-active in the Pet Owners forum for going on a year, I've only in the last couple of months ventured into the rest of SF.

I moved to the Hyde Park neighbourhood of Doncaster from Oregon (Pacific Northwest U.S.) last year to marry a Yorkshireman. And yes, I'm used to the weather here -- the Pacific Northwest of America has an almost identical climate to England. :P

It's been an... interesting adventure thus far, to say the least. Moving from the green land of sandal-wearing, treehugging hippies to what seems to be the dirtiest, loudest street in Donny, was a lot more culture shock than I was expecting!
