I will not leave a tip anymore when asked to do so on my card bill as the staff who deserve it dont get it, the company does. You have the right to refuse or if it is already added ask to have it removed. If you want to leave a tip hand it personally to the staff.

As of very recently companies are not allowed to top up wages out of tips.
If you find someone doing it, report 'em...
