Can anyone recommend me any DVD Authoring software? My firm have just had some LCD screens installed in the parts of the building that are open to the public and we'd like to create a DVD made up of a mixture of pictures and video that cycle every 20 seconds or so. I know that Adobe Encore can do it but that's expensive and probably OTT for our particular needs.

So are there any particularly good programs, free or commercial, that you'd recommend?
