Does anyone know the name of the property magazine/paper that comes out and who I can contact to get it sent to me if that's possible (I live outside of Sheffield).

I think it comes out monthly and is mostly for property to buy but has some letting agencies too?

The Sheffield Telegraph comes out every Friday and has The Property Guide included in it. This is the main property paper in Sheffield and surrounding area.
Other than that there's loads of web sites you could try, let me know if you want details.

However, I was in Sheffield earlier in the year and a couple of times bought a separate property magazine. It wasn't with a newspaper (although it might have been linked to one in some way). It's not really a magazine but it's pages are glossier than a newspaper. From memory it was about £1 or £1.50.

Any ideas?

Where I live we have a very similar magazine. It's weekly as it turns out and costs £1.15. It's completely separate to a newspaper although it is written by one of the local papers.

Im looking for a house and ive never come across a seperate magazine type thing only the friday property guide.
