Does anyone have a fear of great heights?
I keep having dreams of going on a plane which bursts into flames and everyone has to jump out. Not only am I mistified that planes made of metal can actually stay in the sky, i'm also puzzled that you cant just sort like step out of a fall right at the last minute, like they do in cartoons. Its so not fair.

Whats do you think the best way to fall from a great height is?
Okay, so its unlikely you would survive a fall from an aircraft, but if you were falling, what would you do? Flail and scream aimlessly, curl up into a ball, or something else?

Flap your arms like an eagle, that should pass the time until the splat arrives!

I would throw my anorack over my head and fashion a parachute out of it.

It always worked when I was a kid.

Best to fall slowly, that way it doesn't hurt when you land.

If you are in a lift that is falling you can jump up just before it hits the ground. You need to time it right though! :D

UNFORTUNATLY, His parachute did not open.

FORTUNATLY, He had a reserve.

UNFORTUNATLY, The reserve also failed.

FORTUNATLY, he was heading towards a Haystack.

UNFORTUNATLY, There was a Pitch fork sticking upwards in the stack.

FORTUNATLY. He missed the Pitch fork.
