I am in the process of setting an online shop on my website through paypal. I'm finding it ok apart from one problem.

I can't find a way for the customer to get a postage discount, what i mean is if they buy 3 items I only want them to pay one postage charge instead of three.

I have spent ages on the paypal website looking for an answer but can't find a way.

Does anyone know how you do this?

As I said in the other one - need to know how your online shop is set up, ie what are you using for this? Usually the postage is handled by the cart software rather than paypal.
