Thanks annie66 16-07-2005, 06:06 PM you can see by the response you've had that there's not a lot to say about it yuk 1Man&hisBMW 16-07-2005, 07:43 PM I think you will make some money if you buy the house. There is alot of new development that has got approval around there, so I dont think in terms of money you will do badly. wendygs 17-07-2005, 06:16 AM A friend of mine used to live on that road years ago; it is a very steep hill right in the heart of the Burngreave Development area leading on to Snig Hill. Although it is in the centre of a major regeneration project there are well known problems with the Burngreave Project such as the release of funds and getting things done. I would be inclined to do a fair amount of research before going ahead with a purchase. Also it would be a good idea to do the standard checks with your neighbours to see that you can get on with them. My neighbour used to work on the Burngreave Regeneration Project for a bit; If you'd like more info I could ask them but dont know much more about it than this You are viewing an archive.
