THE LAST EVER COOL AS FOLK
a chapter in Sheffield FOLK-lore is closed with
rather apt performances from it's founding members:

THE CROOKES
Featuring CAF founder Russell on drums, this Sheffield 4 piece are hot property, and not just for their boyish good looks.
Beautiful melodies, pure vocal harmonies and occasional crowd invasion, this is Postcard-era folk-pop at it's finest.

LOUIS ROMEGOUX
Louis was the first ever person to play Cool As Folk way back in March 2006 and it is with him that we close the show. A beautiful voice and an inimitable song-writing style, Louis is a shining light of Sheffield's folk scene.

LOOLY AND THE MOOS
CAF wouldn't be around at all if not for Miss Looly herself (Penny) and it is with her band of rockabilly upstarts gracing the stage for the night's swansong.
Heartache, heartbreak and laments of love lost, all to a Johnny Cash train beat.
