Went to the saxon at kiveton yesterday and bought two and half pints of lager and a pint of beer for £5:70, thats not bad and thats not happy hour or special offers, its the everyday price

The norton up at meadowhead round about sells cheap lager (think its carling) for £1.60 a pint, that's not too bad at all.

Went to the rawson springs at hillsbourgh last friday night with our lass a
pint of thornbridge wheat beer and half of coors larger and black £2.79 :o cheap as chips

GoldenFleece...you are correct. Cheap beer and all that.

If the place is good and the people are friendly and the music is terrific then it is worth spending a little bit more on beer.

Oh dear, realised I have just described Dove and Rainbow. Top place :hihi:

IDENTITY (Former Bulldog in Attercliffe) do draught from £2 according to their flyer, when I was in there last night, I got a pint of their very nice house lager for £2.50, and Boddys is only £2.40
