Something that has been bugging me for a while.
Why do most paranormal investigations take place at night?
Surely the deceased never used to wander around at 3 in the morning when they were alive so why would they haunt a place they used to frequent at such an hour when they were dead?
To me if i was dead, the best to find me "haunting" would be during waking hours!
Makes sense to me,think about it....you never wandered around at night when alive so why should you when you are dead?

I've wandered around at night for years - and although I no longer work night shifts, usually don't go to bed until between 2-4 a.m.

But, when I'm dead, I promise not come back and haunt anyone, night .....or day! :heyhey:

The majority of paranormal experiences are reported as happening in the early hours of the morning. For that reason, it's a preferable time for a team to investigate. It's also preferable to property owners so their customers and staff aren't aware that their business is haunted to such a degree that an outside agency is required to investigate it. Also, pub landlords prefer an after hours investigation so they can make sure the investigators aren't drinking straight from the barrels in the cellar.
