please help !
My mum was involved in a car crash with a coach
the police are utter jobs worth they really dont know what the hell they are doin they havent even given us any info on what happened or might've happened no idea what has happened with the coach driver or if there was any passengers onboard on his coach.
My mum was in a pretty bad way and is now recovering in hospital but why all the secret service ****** ! They wont even go to her car to get her glasses because it hasnt been examined yet!

this is all really really annoying and I cant get through to the thickit liason officer either and my dad isnt getting any answers either

does anyone know what happened at all?
My family and my mum all deserve to know what happened dont we?

When was this? that date is a month in the future?

If the accident happened yesterday it is very early days if an investigation is in progress. You need to be patient mate and let them do their job.
