hi,
i am trying to find my mother sheila hankins who was married to my father james fraser in the 60,s (my father is scottish) They split up when i was a toddler and i have not seen her since. They moved to scotland before they split up. I am also looking for any of my mothers relations, I do not have much to go on as my family are not very good with information so what i write might not be exact. I know my mother had brothers and sisters who might have used the name hankins or paige. I dont know if they are from sheffield but i know as a baby we lived there, my mum will be in her 60's by now. Here are some names that my father said belong to her family. wendy, robert (arnold, madge are supposed to be my grand parents). I know this is a bit higgilty piggilty but it is all i have, Any info about anyone no matter how small will be really really welcomed. thankyou to all in advance
jennifer

Your parents marriage certificate would most likely give you a starting point, place of residence father's names.

Go to your local archives or 1837 online and do a search for your parents marriage, a bit time consuming but seeing as you have some idea as to when they were married, not too bad.

People on forums are not likley to give out information when people say they are looking for living family members.
