Im after a new contact page on my site i have just designed, ive managed to get everything done in dreamweaver quite well and happy with what ive got.

What im after is on my contact page one of them forms for people to fill in

where its

Name, Location, Contact Number, Contact email and "what they want to put"


Ive done a lot of reading on my own, but not yet found anything. Ive managed to find one site that actualy does it for you but i dont trust it at all, id prefere to have my own one one my own site and webspace.

Any one can help me give me a pm

Who are you hosting with because you generally need to use serverside scripting to process it, e.g. php, perl, etc...

my hosting can do it as i asked them a question before going with them here is what is listed

PHP
Perl
Python
SSI (server side includes)
PhpMyAdmin
ImageMagick, GD Library
Zend optimizer
CGI Scripting in perl & C

I'm not feeling the best, so start with this and ask where you go awry. Basically the form calls the php script (just like any other html page) and handles 'stuff', before outputting 'stuff' (in this case the header directive to redirect.
