We have just come past Hillsborough Leisure Centre and there were 2 ambulances, 3 police cars, 1 paramedic car and 2 police vans in the car park and another ambulance speeding towards it too.

Any idea what's going on?

We were in the pool at the time when suddenly all the lifeguards ran out after a message over the tannoy (well leaving 2 to cover) to the gym changing rooms - they took a stretcher and screens. Not exactly sure what went off though.

Bad news I'm sorry to say. Apparently chap in his early 50's had been in the gym. Went into the changing rooms and collapsed, unfortunately passed away. Told this today by someone who knew him.

If this tragic story has got exagerated in any way I apologise to anyone concerned. Thinking about it I hope it is exagerated.
