Hi everyone,

I have the Mamas and Papas Luna pram in Tulip (bright pink) and today a taxi driver tried to put it up for me as I was holding dd2 and he has totally snapped the harness.

It's the side bit of the harness that all the plastic has snapped off of so putting her reins on her while in the pram is all fine and well but there is nothing to keep her in the pram from between her legs. This obviously means the pram is totally unsafe.

I've searched on ebay for a replacement safety harness but can only find grey ones for the Pliko P3 and not the pink Luna ones. I really don't want to buy the spare part from M&P direct as they want £50!!! :loopy:

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Anne

am hunting for you......have found a review on netmums (tho you probably know this) but they have recently bought put a new model so if you do get one make sure it is the right one. apparently there is a well proven fault with the harness that they are aware of
Hope you get one.

Long shot, but look in admag for someone selling the pram cheap, there was a wrecked pram in there ages ago, said 'suitable for parts'.
Good luck x

This is probably a long shot also but could you try contacting the taxi company and explain to them what's happened, they may offer you some money towards a new harness as a goodwill gesture

My mum said the same thing but it wasn't his fault it could have happened to me or to my oh when we done it. It's just one of those things. Gutted :(
