Lunt, Small, Gilbert, Watson, and a couple of young lads who never played in the first team.
has small gone to blackpool?
i would have been really surprised if he had left -he`s a life long wednesday fan
al_partridge 27-05-2009, 15:22 Not sure, he finished the season on loan there so they may well sign him permanently.
Obviously they don't know yet that he spends at least 50% of every season on the treatment table!

sorry mate
Paul2412 27-05-2009, 16:30 I'm quietly confident that we are going to have a decent team next year.
Agree with everyone he's let go, 2 good solid signings and Grant, Tudgay and now Hinds on new contracts. Paul who? The only thing that Allen did right was appoint Laws IMO.

i agree vwe are looking stronger already ,with more signings to come i dare say
Earwiggo 27-05-2009, 17:55 Another good move by BL.
He's not put a foot wrong in the close season, as far as I'm concerned.
Really glad Hinds has extended his stay.
Owl 'til he dies!

i agree ,its been a good close season so far ,and im optamistic of more quality signings during the summer
Jazzybmzoo 28-05-2009, 09:51 Think Small has gone to Charlton and yep, good utility player Hinds. Not exceptional but can do a job across the back and in midfield. Think all teams need a player like that!
probably about the right level for small ,league one .
i think the championship was a little too much for him
Good signing he doesn't mess about old Richie Hinds, he gets his foot stuck in and doesn't mind get a boot in the head, good player in any Championship squad.
