Hi
Does anyone know how much it would cost to rent a car parking space in the city centre, ideally around West Street?

Thanks

Hi

Have you considered how much damage you are potentially doing by using your car? we are in the midst of a global catastrophie.

Let me tell you that I am in my 2nd year at University and am amongst the finest of minds. We went onto a £750 per day seminar, last week and the teacher told us things are bad, and within 20 years we are doomed

We are now paying the teacher £20 per month in a standing order, to help him with his fight against global warming. I urge you to rethink what you are doing.

Err no, he/she is taking the p*ss. The joke was the last part - we're now paying him £20 a month. Only thing was it wasn't funny! :)

Thanks for the replies (or at least the serious ones!).
I haven't decided about the car yet, just doing some checking before we decide whether it's worth renting a parking space, or if it's more cost-effective to get the tram and occasional taxi.

I rent mine - £50 a month in the centre near work. Cheapest car parking I found was £3 a day so this is cheaper and more secure. Rent from a guy who owns a flat but has no car.

Thanks Moosey, that was the sort of information I was after. Can think about making an informed decision now.
