Our gerbils love apple and carrot but we have some dried bananas from pets@home. Should they eat them?

Are they the sweetened ones?
I kept gerbils for several years and didnt give them anything that was sweetened as it could cause them to develop diabetes. So its up to you really but I would advise against it. I would also advise against the treat sticks that are stuck together using honey.

They can eat, timothy hay, alfalfa hay, sunsalted sunflower seeds, unsalted peanuts, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, apples, carrots, lettuce, dried bananas, dried kidney beans, dried lentils, dried lima beans and dried black-eyed peas. Keep in mind that sunflower seeds and peanuts are fatty and should be saved only as occasional treats. Cheerios, Rice Krispies, apples, carrots, and lettuce should also be considered a treat and given only occasionally.
