hey guys , i have just recently learned that Urban Gorilla is to close at the end of this month ,

Im completely gutted it is the best club night in sheffield by far .

I know in the past UG have taken a break and then come back to a new venue , does anyone know how long there gone for ............?

Why on earth are they 'being a bit forward' by stating Ug is the best club night in sheffield by far, when reputable DJ mags have been voting them best night for ages?

Don't believe everything you read in bloody Mixmag, it's almost as naff as the NME now...

i was stating that they are being a bit forward by saying they are closing......UG are most certainly going to be hosting parties around the city.

at least we know about this one, just remember UG has moved before, its only really come big in the last 2 years!! and it has come big, i dont know which fool made the coment about Mix Mag, but read IDJ,DJ mag or mix mag and they all say UG is one of the best nights in the land!!As for having it down in the Sweat Mill, thats where house and breaks should be, dark, filthy,sweaty rooms with dirty beats!! f**k hed kandi, keep it underground!!! well done to Zero and The Fez!!BED was snatched away, UG will be around for a while

I hope so, but do you not think UG will struggle to find a new home? I mean where will it go, I am sure Leadmill can't accommodate on a weekly basis.
