Hiya,

We're planning on getting married up in Wortley next summer, and will probably have 200+ people wanting to stay somewhere north of Sheffield, but probably not at the prices available at the place where the wedding is.

I've trawled the net, but would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

While we're at it, anybody got any thoughts on stag towns around UK or this side of Europe? Might be a few of the slightly older generation (25 of us from 18-65), so hoping to find somewhere with plenty of decent and lively pubs, as opposed to clubs and poles....

Blackpool is the traditional dump to have your stag night in, but I would recommend Amsterdam or Dublin as classier alternatives.
Amsterdam especially is perfect for stag night debauchary, you can go as far as you dare.
