All of our equipment is maintained by LifeFitness and comes with built in TV/IPOD docks so you can keep yourself entertained whilst working out.

Taking great pride in providing a clean, friendly and motivated atmosphere we offer all members the opportunity to embark on a personal fitness programme. This is ofcourse is an option but a great one none the less as you are given the opportunity to tailor your work-out to your own personal goals.

We also have 3g astroturf pitches available to hire from just £15 an hour per third or just £45 per hour for the full pitch.

Thats cheap pitch hire, how booked up are you?

over the next month or so we are booked up most evenings between 7 and 8 but there is still some availability left before 7 and after 8. If you have a preferred evening and time in mind feel free to give us a call and we can see what we can do. If it is that you would like a particular time everyweek and it is available at your time of booking we can assure that that slot will remain reserved for you, for as long as you wish.
