Calling all Mums, do you want to get shaken but not stirred? Then bring the kids and join The BFG and James Bond - at The Ivory for a fun filled aerobics class and help raise money for Amy's Retreat.
The BFG (Baby Friendly Guide) are hosting a special charity aerobics class together with James Bond - Personal Trainer at the prestigious venue The Ivory, Regents Terrace of West Street in Sheffield. Bring the kids along for a 45min workout at The Ivory and help us raise money for Amy's Retreat, helping families with kids with cancer. The cost of entry into the class is £4 per person and all money is going to the charity. So come and get shaken up for a worthy cause and get fit at the same time!

There is plenty of free parking across from The Ivory, so all you'll pay is your entry fee!
