Hiya

If you feel like the above, then join the club :)

Was just wondering if anyone wants a bit of company/motivation during the day - i am no real fan of exercise but want to improve and having a chat always seems to make things a little easier to deal with :)

don't really mind what i do - just want to get moving

cycling, walking, jogging all options - bit soon for running on my ailing joints :)

pm me if interested

Try kickboxing classes.
We have kickboxing classes in the evenings , Monday/Thursday 830-930pm
Central location and beginner friendly.
Each class is £5 per session.
We also have an option if youd like to train during the day. If there is someone for you to train with you can book one of the instructors for a private lesson and split the cost 2 ways.

I think they're referring to day time Chefkicker. I'd be up for something during the day but couldn't afford to pay singly for a private lesson.

Hi!

I only moved to Sheffield 1 year ago and only have made 1 friend so far.

I am really overweight but am determined to lose at least 5 stones or more.

I weigh 26st 5lbs.

I am planning to start slimming world on Fridays at 12pm at the Cathedral, in a couple of weeks time.

I am also starting The condition managment programme that the jobcentre runs to help people to overcome their health problems and get back into work.

It includes a free 3 month gym pass and I hope to go to the gym 3 times a week.

I wouldnt mind going to aqua fit or join a salsa or line dancing group as fun way to get fit

If your interested in getting in touch my email is anew.dawn@live.co.uk

Kind regards

Lisa xx
