Anyone know if they can be purchased in the UK, for my daughter, ahead of our holiday later in the year? I know you can purchase them out there - dollar for dollar.

How about buying one of them from eBay and photcopying lots of times and giving her them. Then when you are out there you can swap them for real disney dollars. If you could find a good enough image online, you could just print that.
