i have a dell 120l laptop with a 60gb hardrive, when i instal a few programs or have a few running it will go really slow and i mean really slow is there anything i can buy or do to fix this?

Remove Norton and macaffee security suite if they are installed. They often come pre-installed and better less power hungry programs are available for free.

Adding ram will almost always improve a laptop, however, if your laptop is very slow then there may be software problems associated with either viruses or malware. So it would be a good to scan for these first. Also, sometimes a faulty hard drive will result is a slow laptop, so run scan disk as well just incase.
