this may be nothing but with all the problems at the moment with cash machines thought I'd post.
went to the rbs machine, all appeared ok I asked for a printed balance first before deciding how much I could afford to spend but it just refused to do anything ,( no money, no balance , no card back) as I'd already put in my pin and knew of all the fraud I have had my card sopped but perhaps it would make sense for others not to use this at the moment.
