I'm needing a room for a charity night. I'd like somewhere cental(ish) if possible, cheap or free and it needs to be fairly big. Can anyone recommend anywhere.

Hillsborough arena, not central as in town however it is next to the park, the tramstop is straight outside, so is a bus stop and there is good parking. Think quite reasonable may give you the room for free if for charity, (or they have done in the past)

Me and a couple of other people are organising an auction to raise money for help for heroes. My sisters friend died in Afghanistan in December and his wife is climbing kilimanjaro in October so we're doing some fundraising before she goes.
