while I was driving in to work this morning on the A57 Mosborough Parkway, heading inbound towards the Sheffield Parkway, I saw a dead ginger tabby cat at the side of the road. I can only assume that either the driver who had hit it had stopped and moved it to the side of the road, or it crawled there before it died. I couldn't stop due to the amount of traffic.

If anybody who lives in this area is missing a ginger tabby this morning, then as a cat owner myself I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I thought I should pass this on in the hope that the owner can be informed.

I saw this cat too and it haunted me all day!

i couldnt stop either as it was rush hour, but i couldnt get the thought of the cat or owner ou of my head all day. really upset me
