To do what? To get what working? What model TV? You haven't actually given any indication as to what the problem is, so helping's going to be hard.

If you just have the display, you may need a seperate tuner and controller, that was often the case with older (the first) plasma TV's, for the newer ones it's all built in, just plug it into the wall, plug in your DVD player, Ariel and/or sky etc and off you go.

I'm still struggling other than suggesting you plug it into the mains, insert a source input from freeview box, sky box, hdmi connection from dvd or media center etc

maybe fire it up and hope it does an auto scan to find source signals otherwise switch all of the sources on and use the remote to flick from one to the other to see it working?

I've had a quick look on avforums and it does look like this may be just a display and a seperate media box is required so if you haven't got that you need a freeview, freesat or sky box to see anything. Good luck

its not a tv its a monitor so you need a tuner or a sky box or virgin and the right cable

scart has 21 pins normally can you google and post a link for something which has this kind of connection? I've just had a quick look and lots of motherboard connection and psu sites come back

'system lead' is like I said, it's simply a plasma panel, you need an external box/decoder/tuner with the correct connection on it to set it up and get it working...

you need one of these... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Pioneer-PDP-R04E-%1A-Plasma-TV-Media-Receiver-HD-(4G)-_W0QQitemZ400048232019QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ2009050 7?IMSfp=TL090507121004r16718

if its classed as a monitor (like my panasonic was) you may need a scart board as well as a source for the picture ie sky, freeview etc.
