Hopeing to set up a shop on abbeydale road selling clearance lines of branded dry foods/drink.
E.G HEINZ, MCVITIES, CADBURYS, TINNED FRUIT N VEG, PASTA.
Interested in people views who live/go on abbeydale road and weather they would use the shop?
Also particularly interested in the asian communitys views do you eat foods from heinz, mcvities, cadburys choc, pepsi, robinsons friut shoots, pasta, rice, crisp?
What shops do you currently use?

I am not Asian, but I can give you some input because, there is a 24 hr Tesco which will sometimes do cheap deals. Unless you can beat them at that, then it is pretty hard to compete. Also, there are lots of independent supermarkets on the whole of the Abbeydale Road, unless you know that you are in a certain stretch of the road and that there is an even higher demand of these products, then it is pretty hard to sell them.
Unless you start to market these and do a lot job to get rid of them, which will attract more people to it over a period of time.
I do not go to the Asian supermarkets as often, but I have notice that there are a couple of supermarkets which do start to sell more middle-eastern, se asian brands. One of them is on West St, and the other one is at the bottom of London Rd, which is more European in its products, with a few Asian brands too.
