The one sold was male, who was fighting with the other male. She has had other male neutered, and got female for company.

Yes I am having Billy my male pig left neutered tomorrow. I got rid of Jo because they were fighting. He has gone to Helanasq off here. So he definately will be well looked after. I am totally aware that they may have babies but I am also aware of how to check to see if the female is in season or not so when she is I can remove her from Billy.

Billy is over the moon. Wheek here and a Wheek Wheek there lol. However he is very horny and she isnt lol and he will not leave her alone. Hope he gets the message soon. I got her from a lady called Linda (i think that was her name) She has loads and they are all gorgeous and well cared for. She also has a rescue and lots of rabbits :hihi:

Oh yes I saw and held 1 of 4 baby guinea pigs at Heeley City Farm today. They were gorgeous and were only born this morning. I was going to take one if there were any females in the bunch in six weeks time for Billy was I knew he was fully infertile. i am dreading his castration tomorrow. I really hope he will be ok and not as horny lol. I am going to try and avoid the baby pig route as this Sow has bred once before and her babies died because she got mastitis.

i was going to have 2 of heeleys as i used to work there but found 2 little boys with helenasq myself so am having them, but to be honest id rather get them from a home anyway as at a farm theres more chance of them catching something,he will be fine with the castration i had mine done when i used to have them and only ever had 1 probelm where one side gre an absess which burst, but it healed on its own and was fine if not a little painfull, but the operation is fine, altho you still panick like mad anyway lol

Good luck to billy tomorrow and welcome to Tilly. I hope you've finally sorted your piggies out.I am delivering Harry and George to mummysaz21's tomorrow. I have been and home checked her and know they will be very well looked after, as is Bubbles the hamster who I rehomed to her earlier this year.

lol
50 mins till i can riing up to find out how he is. I bet time is going so slow for you isnt it lol. Tilly is settling in ok shes just eating her carrots now. Oh and parsnip. Although she does tend to tremour like Billy when she is on my knee. She isnt used to all the new sound of TV talking Lucy screaming lol. Lucy is 1 on 23rd and loves them. She squeals with delight when she touches one of them although sometimes she can get a bit rough and gets told off lol
