Specifically ...

I'm looking for a hat.

Wide brim, white in colour, and ideally with a large fluffy purple feather ... (not being too specific here).

Also, need general 60's stuff (beads etc).

Any ideas?

Try Freshmans clothing. I know they mainly stock 70's gear but it might be worth checking out. They are located next to Flares and I do believe there is one next to Forum on Division St.

Or try charity shops for beads and stuff or ebay.

I agree with Laura - definitely give eBay a try :) You might be able to find the right kind of hat and then you can modify it a bit to suit.

Also, maybe try somewhere like H&M for cheap accessories - sunglasses, beads etc.

I really like the sound of that hat Jamie - you off to a party or just fancy trying something a bit different? :)

E-Bay prob out of the question, I need the gear for this Friday (am going to a woodstock 60's hippy themed event, and all I have so far, is a rather nice hand painted Hendrix t-shirt!).
