It's a new beach camera that has been put on the roof of our hotel, which apparantly you can zoom down onto the pooldeck. I will wave to you. :wave: No, I will not be in a bikini (or my underwear) as I'm at work. The hotel is quiet so it will probably just be me and maybe a couple of others from the front desk. I'm doing it for my Mum, but I thought I'd invite y'all to zoom in and see me making a fool of myself. I might even do a little dance for you. I can only do it at 8 o' clock cos that will be 2 o' clock here. I can't be out there all day as I have to work at some point in time. Let me know if you miss it and I will try and schedule another voyeuristic look into my so called exciting life: When my boss is on a day off of course.

I tried it out at home and as I have high speed, the camera zooms in and out right onto the pool deck. Wow, great in the summer time you guys!! Click on the picture of the camera and you control the direction of the lens for I think 60 seconds. Then someone else can control it. Not sure but if it's busy you have to try and gain control. The camera can only move one way. Some old fart from the mid west will be looking at the sunset when you get on it!!! I'll be the goofy one doing an irish jig!!!!! Or something like that. I hope no guests are watching from their balconies. Oh what the hell who cares.

Wow, that's some flashy software. I just had a go (although everywhere is empty!) and the zoom is very, very powerful :o

For those of you who try, make sure you click the "Start Control" button and then you just have to wait for the countdown to finish and the button to go green. The countdown is there to allow people their fair turns at "playing". Current wait time is about 2 minutes.

Big brother is watching... we need one of these for West Street... would be great fun!

Funke, where about will you be standing? The camera covers quite a large area and also you might need to stay for a few minutes as we have to wait in turns to control the camera and it might not be one of us controlling it at 8pm.

The girls off the front desk want to come too so they called their friends to log on at the same time. It's quite chilly right now at about 50 degrees 9C I think. Nobody in the pool and the beach is deserted. Just us chicks :)
