Unless you specificaly want a rescue one, have you tried the Pet Station in Rotherham they usually have one or two in and they always seem quite tame too.

Many many years ago i got Alfie, my chinchilla, from Barking Mad pet shop at banner cross. He was from a breeder who showed them, but he wasn't quite up to show level-so was sold for them by the pet shop. He was incredibly tame-as in loved cuddles, sat on my shoulder etc. Its worth giving him a ring in case he still has the details of the breeder.
