looking for a person preferably female with a kind and friendly disposition who would be interested in free rent and free bills in exchange for some childcare for a ten year old girl.

The help required would be one whole weekend per four weeks and also two wednesday nights from 6.30pm.Also one extra sunday night from 6pm.In exchange you get to live rent and bill free in a happy friendly enviroment with all mod cons.There are also two cute little dogs who are very friendly and extremely likeable.In essence it is a family home consisting of single mum working odd hours.

Previously the position has suited a couple of post grad students.Ideally i am looking for a long term arrangement of at least 6 months.

The house is in the abbeydale area and close to easily accessible travel.Near to tesco, the tesco bus does the round robin to the uni and hospitals and costs 50p for students.There are a whole host of other buses that go directly into town
