Where's the best place to buy hedging plants? I'm looking at either beech or common privet.

I bought mine from croft nurseries at mosborough (hawthorn and hornbeam). Think you might have to buy pot grown ones now as it is a bit late for bare rooted ones .

Other than listed above, I am wanting something that grows fairly quickly. Any suggestions

Depends on how many you need. If it’s going to be quite a few then ordering from one of the many online hedge suppliers could be much cheaper than a local nursery.

If you can wait then it would be much better to plant a hedge in the autumn when you can get bare root plants.

I would need approx 25 plants to cover 42 feet length. Ones that grow and spread really well. Thanks for the advice
