Hi.

A mate of mine is looking for Karate classes that occur during the day on a week day.. Because one of his clients at work wants to start Karate lessons.

I suggested Ponds Forge cos I once tried to start lessons down there myself in the afternoon, but the instructor cancelled the session as there wasn't enough take up of the lessons :(

Most of the Karate lessons I know of are at night, such as the ones at Hillsborough Leisure Centre on a Wednesday and Friday that I go to.

Anyone able to help?
