I've been learning this and practising (on a very small scale) for a couple of years. I'd be happy to share what I know with anyone else who's interested.

Also the Hazelhurst Community Supported Agriculture project recently ran a 'Sheffield Permaculture Design Course' (Google it). Sounded like there'll be interest in running another one this year too.
