Does anyone know the name of the new Chinese restaurant on West street? I think it's near the Swim Inn?

Also, if you have been what did you think? Is it worth a go?

not been to that one .
But the East Ocean Cafe on Matilda Street (Opposite the Golden Dragon) is excellent and well worth a visit :D

Service was slow, rubbish and fairly rude from the point my large group walked in the door until about an hour later maybe when we were finally seated (after reminding passing staff we existed and pointing out that a number of tables big enough to accommodate us had been clear for a while). It was ok after that. Clearly they thought we were imposing on them by turning up without booking, but we asked politely if they could fit us in, and were quite prepared to go elsewhere if not.

Food generally was nice bar my spicy calamari which was too spicy, rubbery and possibly gave me (and my girlfriend who tried to finish it when i couldn't) an upset stomach for a day or two.

Maybe I just caught it on an off night, but i don't plan on going again. It quite got my back up, as you might tell.
