I worked there for 7 years, leaving 3 years ago, just as Santader were taking over. It was all tele banking work, but lots of sales targets added in for good measure. The targets were pretty tough though, and they tended to move the goal posts quite regularly. The people on the other hand are great, well most were anyway. Still miss them loads.
