No because some people need at least some exercise to walk to the dam place.

Or walk to their car/bus stop.

You don't need to walk far to find a McDonalds though....

I think macdonalds should be shat upon from a great height.

They do in some towns down south. Portsmouth or somewhere like there.

My Brother visited his friend down there and McDonalds definitely delivers to the student accommodation!

Half the bloody time they cant even get your order correct so there's no chance of it finding its way to your door :mad:

yeah - we should have a delivery king like they do down south, you ring them and tell them what you want "1 pizza, 1 macdonalds and 24 stella" for example and they go round and collect it all for you and deliver it to you for a small charge!!!!

At least you won't have to worry about it getting cold on the way home... hard to believe lukewarm chips and can lose much more heat.

Not that I eat MaccyD's, of course!

Ha! So true!

I'm not mentioning anywhere in particular but the drive thru at Morrisons is particularly bad.
I don't think our order has ever been right and then to top it off we went to get a McFlurry (the only thing I will agree to eat from McD's and that's only occassionally) and I don't know why but the little spotty twurps who work there can't seem to work out how to turn the stir mode on on the machine!

When I worked there though 50% of the customers didn't make their order clear and if I asked them to go over it again to double check they got irritated.

Worrying about it not getting cold on the way home is one thing,but i like to know how they would keep it warm wile on deliver, as i dont know if most of you have eaten an order in mcs itself then got to the table and it not as hot at all.maybe should sort out the eat in order being hot to eat befor anything eles

I know Mc Donalds provides home delivery in New York, but not sure where else in USof A they do it. I wouldn't recommend ordering your Big Mac from there though unless you have 8 hours to kill and you like cold food (synthetic food i prefer to call it). I agree with IanMitchell's first comment though. If they start providing a home delivery service then bang goes the only exercise some of these Mc Donalds nuts ever get.

Whilst in Bangkok, I spotted a McDonald's Delivery Motorcycle!! I avoided ordering though, I thought it'd be a shame to be in a country of such amazing food and get a Maccy D's delivered. Though I'll admit, many a drunken night as an undergraduate was spent cursing the Golden Arches for their lack of to your door service :|

I know in the San Francisco Bay Area, McDonald's does deliver. However, their service there is aimed mostly at businesses with large orders. When I worked in an office there, we occasionally used their service to get lunch for the entire place.

Or those of us poor souls stuck working through our lunch hour. It wasn't so bad. It enabled us to leave an hour early and miss the worst of the traffic home.

Most every deli, restaurant in the immediate area etc. delivered food. Sometimes at no charge. McDonald's charge back then was $5 on orders under $100. A great deal when you consider how much food they delivered, and three people didn't have to stop work to go get it.

I know I'd never have McDonald's delivered to my door. That'd be plain lazy on my part.

Totally agree, I think we should pay the Belgian farmer to come over here and drive his tractor through all of them.

Also I think they should be fined every time they try to use the word Resteraunt. Where are the waiters?
