Hi basically ive got a trusty old 28" widescreen crt tv....now what im wanting to do is get better picture quality so im wondering if theres anything i can get to enhance the quality of the picture.

not really, the problem with CRT's is the capacitors in it degrade with age which reduces the quality of the picture, also, because of the nature of CRT's (the tube being bombarded with cathode rays, and magnetic fields) the tube its self degrades with age...

You are probably best looking into getting a new TV
