hi everyone i need info badly i lived on scowendens with my mum and dad for 10 years or so until i had my first daughter i wanted to get a property in a diffrent area but was unable to do so so i moved back on the estate which now they are knocking down this was 3 years ago everything was fine until about a year ago a couple moved onto the end of my block with there 3 kids evey night the parents are drinking the kids play football on the side of the house kicking as hard as they can agaisnt the house till well past 11 at night now i have got 2 girls and in late pregnacy with my third i have phoned the council but from what they have sent me looks like they can do nothing am desrate to move but i was told it would be at least 6 years till it is my phase it is not just the football there is the drinking loud music shouting motobikes it never stops through the day and night as anyone got any ideas to what i can do to get the council to lisen i want to get off the estate as fast as poss but no one from the council seems to give me any info to help me anyone any ideas

Get in touch with Victim Support. The police will have their number (2202020). Someone will arrange to see you and discuss options with you.

thanks luv will do that people might think its petty but when you have got it day in and day out it makes you wnt to scream got a letter this morning got an interview on 13 th with council hopefully they will understand

Isnt there something you can do about your neighbour's through these new ASBOs which supposedly make it easier to deal with difficult/noisy tenants. Have you also tried contacting Sheffield Housing Aid for a bit of advice?
