Have done the search feature but not much came up.

Now before you suggest it - i do go to the gym, altho due to work and other things, i can't always get...
...i also have a gym ball workout dvd, tho this is more toning and stretching than getting hot n sweaty...

So i'm looking for something to stick on while the OH is at work that will give me some exercise....

Does anyone have one to recommend that's a good workout?

Thanking you:D
