If you're going to let it into your home, please bear in mind that it's very likely to have both fleas and worms, both of which can transmit to humans.

its got no collar on been here all day and cant let it in coz of dogs n newborn its friendly so come get it if u want

This little one, who I believe is actually a very small adult (but who is obviously lost and very hungry) is currently purring on my chest, having eaten a big bowl of food and scent marked the litter tray.

She's the most fabulously self-assured little thing- she didn't even growl at the dog!

I'll let all the local vets and shelters know in the morning about her being picked up, and take her to the vets to be scanned for a chip too, so hopefully we'll reunite this little one with her humans soon.

Unfortunately she isn't microchipped, so we're now looking for her owners the good old fashioned way, with posters, lost and found registers and vets' phone numbers.

Someone should be missing this little girl- she's gorgeous (so gorgeous I've already had 2 serious offers of a permanent home for her).
