Trying to get to fit so is anyone interested in playing squash a couple of times a week at S10 / Goodwin ? Weekdays only. Only £2.50 to play between 9am -11am but can play anytime during the day really.

I used a play a bit about 5 years ago but was never very good so anyone welcome. Just wanting to get fit :)

James you should be fit to play squash, not play squash to get fit!!!

I "retired" a few years ago after snapping my achilles heel...good luck with the training though!
