I fell upon the shop I have now completely by chance - I had been looking but was told about this one... I am currently looking for other properties not too far from my current shop (can't say why ;) )

Where can I look online to find shop premises to let? (Ie. Which estate agents can you think of off the top of your head?)

I've tried shopproperty.co.uk with no luck - they're all huge units... only looking for something small.

next door to me is up for let, the agent is patrick crapper its 571 abbeydale road next door to me vamp and oddbins all fab businesses and just up the road from your existing business. Lane walker is another large letting agent which might be worth ringing.

I have just been in touch with SADLA who are the Sheffield and District Landlords Association. I will be putting the Sheffield Shops to Let (http://www.sheffieldbusinessproperty.co.uk) website forward to them so the small shop landlords can advertise what they have for FREE.

Well there's one next to my office, might be a bit too close though :hihi:
ooops, it's let through us (we've only got one at the moment) but off the top of my head i can think of Frank Knight, Lane Walker, Lambert Smith Hampton, Mark Jenkinson.. and there's another couple i can't think of the names.
