i saw a recipe on saturday kitchen which used whole grain wheat the trouble is i've looked all over for some and can't find anybody selling it so the question is can anybody tell me where i can please ?????? :huh:

I suppose what the mean is the actual grains though, rather than something processed in a certain way.

I'm afraid I haven't seen it, but then I haven't looked. Health food shops might be a good place to start.

You want to be looking for "cracked wheat". You will find it it most major supermarkets and health food stores.

mmmm sounds good! I'd imagine an italian deli might be the way forward. I had a quick google and couldn't find anything to buy online, but didn't search extensively.

I would still try cracked, but if you want the whole kernel, try looking for Wheat Berry/Berries.
