I love NHL!! Been to see Calgary Flames and Toronto Blue Jays a few times. Yet to see the Vancouver Canucks, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators or Edmonton Oilers but as my user name suggests I do tend to look out for the Canadian teams.

Go Red Wings Go.

I am a big detroit fan but the way the last few weeks have gone is a bit worrying i think. i think sharks have a great chance this year.

Are any of these play offs on Sky Sports at all? Probably in the death of the night though!

Don't you mean the Maple Leafs ? Blue Jays play baseball.
Sorry to be pedantic

I might be biased but the way things are looking right now, it's not a long shot:

Boston VS Vancouver

Come on, we've suffered long enough!

Being a long suffering Leafs fan. I am glad to see the Habs go down the toilet. Don't be surprised if there is a masssive riot in Montreal tonight after the Habs get swept. Just so you understand there is a big hate between Montreal and Toronto that has gone on for many years. You have to be Canadian and live in Ontario or Montreal to really get a grasp on it.:hihi:
It is in our blood to be passionate about our game.
The East is a hard conference to pin down. Boston is big and strong but not as fast as Pittsburgh. Washington is quick and with Ovechkin,Backstrom, Semin and Green can fill the net but are not as deep as a tight checking team like New Jersey. Brodeure is a factor but is having trouble with the Canes.
The west is a little easier. Detroit has the deepest roster and the best play off goalie in the game. San Jose will fade out. Joe Thornton did nothing for Boston and has a tendacy to dissappear during the playoffs. The Canucks are good but they have problems. There defence is not that great offensively. They onley have 2 good lines. Chicago is too young and has their hands full with Calgary.
I would say Detroit and Pittsburgh in the final and Detroit will win in 6 .
As much as I would love to see Vancouver or Calgary bring it home, It's just not gonna happen.
it's nice to see Britians into the greatest sport on earth. Sorry the games come on in the middle of the night over there.

Another disapointing play off performance from the Sharks. I think there may be some big changes at San Jose in the off season.
