i know sometime ago someone asked about this but i can not find the thread.and i did have the program that did shrink pics to the size needed so it can fit it as a avator but i lost it.

so can anyone give me a that you have used so i can do it please.thanks

you could try The Gimp - a free and fully featured image editor available to download here (http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html) :)

Try this tool online....no need to download any program just click on file then file open...upload the image from your folder or from the internet and resize and resave...simple
